Learn from an Amazing BOSS

A BOSS UP Mentality

Leadership characteristics like assertiveness, charm, and sharpness, often associated with masculinity, are widely valued. However, women exhibiting these same traits are frequently viewed through a negative lens. A narrative example is the depiction of a virtuous woman, notable for her purple attire, diligent work ethic, creative prowess, and community recognition, alongside family respect.

While, the virtuous woman innovative spirit and dedication to serving her family are admirable, men rarely view her as a boss or leader. A Boss Mentality promotes assertive and effective communications, allowing you to express your thoughts and feelings confidently and respectfully. For example, a woman who is a successfully scaled small business that hires other women as part of her team- has a high probability of improving the business, financial stability and providing educational opportunities for her children. Overall, a BOSS Mentality can create a sense of community a Boss who lifts others that allow creativity, ownership, and camaraderie impacts relationships far beyond the individual- it transform interactions into authentic connections.

According to, Gino Wickman and Rene' Boer Studies have repeatedly shown that the majority of employees are disengaged at work. For example, in 2015 poll was conducted by Harris it revealed that 39% of employees have no idea of the companies goals and objectives, 47% are unfamiliar with the companies performance, and 44% don’t understand how their role help organization meet its goal. Another poll conducted by Gallup suggest that only 3% of employees are actually driving result in an organization. Therefore, when people feel valued and empowered they are more likely to have an appreciation for the organization. A BOSS has to have all the team members in the same playbook to reach it goals and objectives.

A person with a boss mentality approaches Life like an elite athlete, approaches the Olympics with determination focused, and a dash of showmanship.

You know that when you were in the zone an the world just fades all around you, yeah that’s a boss mentality. It’s waking up putting on your favorite pair of heels or sneakers, whichever one you like and embracing the world as your personal runway. The power of a BOSS transforms, atmospheres, attitude, and change ordinary moments into extraordinary encounters.

Unleash our Inner BOSS

I believe women who assume leadership roles have a unique superpower like the virtuous woman.   For example, Roedel stated, a poll was conducted it showed 43% of women have a stronger ability in creating a respectful and safe environment compared to men 5%, 35% of women value people from diverse compared to men 3%, 33% provide guidance and mentorship to younger employees 9%. She has a positive dual impact, of influence in the workplaces while nurturing her home. Her leadership cultivates stronger family bonds, enhanced financial security, and promoted a culture of ambition, inclusivity, and prosperity for future generations.

Ultimately, an exceptional BOSS empowers their team with essential tools, such as SOPs, visual and written guides, and personalized training. As Tony Robbins emphasizes, by breaking free from limitations it unlocks leadership potential that cultivates a thriving organization where individuals genuinely enjoy their work and strive for excellence.
