What a crazy summer it has been so far!
I have been on the road nonstop since summer started, I miss my home.
This morning I struggled to get up. We just arrived in Pittsburgh last night. But I still got up and got my workout in.
Interval Trainer
Timer Set: 1 min on/30 sec rest/15 sets
Start:
1 min jog
30 sec squats
1 min jog
30 sec squats
1 min jog
30 sec plank
1 min jog
30 sec plank
1 min sprint
30 sec walk
1 min sprint
30 sec walk
1 min plank
30 sec rest
1 min walk
30 sec sprint
1 min plank
30 sec sprint
1 min rest
30 sec plank
1 min jog
30 sec walk
1 min squats
30 sec plank
1 min squats
30 sec push ups
1 min jog
30 sec squats
1 min jog
30 sec squats
Cool down with about 5 min of yoga and stretching. Be sure to breath deep through your abs AND your chest. You your entire upper body to fill those lungs.
I am pretty exhausted. I was able to finish up with a little over 100 squats total but only 30 push ups. My upper body really needs some work, but I am trying to improve.
Remember it’s not about bein perfect, it’s about being better than you were yesterday.
