Daily Grind #4

It’s that time again!  Welcome back.  Let’s get in our daily sweat this am!  Remember it is so important to workout for at least 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week.  The key to a healthy lifestyle is not hours at the gym or falling off a treadmill from exhaustion, believe me, I have done it all.  The key is to eat right 90% of the time and to get in a little bit of physical exercise to keep your heart beating and those blood vessels clear.

I don’t know how your arms look…but mine need some work.

So we are working a lot of arms today

Put 20 minutes on the clock


2 min of jump rope

2 min of burpees

2 min of jumping jacks

1 min of arm circles back

1 min of arm circles front

2 min of jumping jacks

1 min plank

2 min of jump rope

1 min of push ups

2 min of jump rope

1 min burpees

1 min plank

1 min push ups

1 min plank


Don’t forget to follow me on Facebook.  We have dance parties every Tuesday and Thursday!  I always have my favorite songs to workout to up and ready to go so we can dance and get our heart-moving for a few minutes in the morning. Plus it is a GREAT way to add songs that you may not have on your play list.
