Josette Diaz, is a Self Awareness & Empowerment Coach for Midlife Women.  After years of being last on the list of priorities and ignoring her dreams, life turned upside down so she could get right side up.   Sometimes life has to step in for you, so you can say yes.  The process of getting right side up, taught Josette to be her soulmate.

With a background as a department administrator and leader in an academic healthcare facility,  Josette is a certified Reiki Practitioner and a Reiki Master Teacher.  In the last several years she has obtained further education/certification as a Master NLP Practitioner/Trainer and Timeline Therapy ™ Practitioner, and is currently completing certification as a Art Therapy Practitioner.
